Excellent location staff very helpful polite, highly recommend the hotel to anyone I know traveling to Nice. The lady at reception Thao was really helpful, thank you so much

the location is the best! All was very acceptable for the 3 star rating. I would stay there again.

not well kept, several reparations needed, seems a bit shabby and a very small room!

The hotel is very central for where we wanted to be. It was comfortable and clean and very good value for money.

It would have made our stay better if the room had tea/coffee making facilities in the room and although there was a TV we could not get all the channels.

The room we were given smelt very badly of cigarettes. We asked for a garden view and got a view of a block of flats and a small amount of the gardens. The hotel was clean and adequate but with a really dated interior and a room that smells we felt that it was poor value for money for 100 euros.

Location! This hotel has great location close to the beach, famous promenade, Old Nice center and only 15 min walk from the train station.

The interior of the hotel/room was very dated. My room had a funky smell and it was very dark. I was quite disappointed with the overall look of the hotel. Moreover, there was no ref. Or mini bar in the room.

Very good location. Nice hotel close to charming old town and beach. Quite small rooms.

Some problems with air conditioning and hotel staff was ok, though not too friendly either...;o). Small room.

Nice location; good value.

The staff was neither particularly friendly nor personable. We stayed in 7 various hotels of comprable size in the Provence region during this trip, and this staff was at the bottom of our list.
