Good central location. Good size room. Helpful hotel staff. At full price (which of course I didn't pay) the rooms would not have met with my expectations. Beyond reception the hotel would benefit from a refurbishment; sink was cracked, doors were very scratched, ceiling was a rather unsightly polystyrene tiled construction, which was stained. I ignored this due to paying half price. The room was not dirty at all in respect of bedding, etc. |

The hotel has a very helpful friedly group of staff at the front desk, the down stairs lounge area is very nice and comfortable with internet access and the gardens are a welcome relief from the wold outside. All in all it was a very enjoyable place to stay - on complaints at all. |

The hotel is well-located, the reception is cosy, there is free wifi in the lobby. There were no glasses at the room, the refrigerator was empty, the water took long time to get warmer. |

Close to Promenade des Angles. Helpful Staff. It was hard to find a park place for the car. The rooms were not comfortable, furnitures were old. |

The reception staff were most obliging. Also there was free access to the Internet. The room I had was only a single room, but was so tight I could not even open my suitcase anywhere in the room, and leave it open. As per the reviews the Reception area and dining areas were modern, but the room I stayed in very dated, and certainly looked nothing like the ones on the Internet. It was also quite a long walk from the centre of the action in Nice. |

Very convenient location, with friendly staff and airy rooms. Ideal base for sight seeing. Nice garden to relax in during breakfast. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Some english speaking channels on the t.v. would have been nice. |

The hotel is cosy, pleasant. Not very clean old capret in the room. There was also the electricity socket partly out of the wall: dangerous. |

The garage for parking is down a very seedy alley in an old underground area. It did not feel safe especially for a woman traveling alone |
