Great view and perfect location. We stayed in the priviledge balcony twin bedroom. The room is not luxurious kind but cozy and fine. Bath room was very clean.

The water heater (for coffee or tea) is not available in the room. It would be better if we had it since it was during the winter season.

The view was spectacular. Close to city centre, easy to get to from bus to airport. Very French hotel.

Waking up to that view of the sea- fantastic! Very friendly staff, high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Nice. modern bathroom.

Rooms are quite sparce- no comfortable chair, bare walls. Other than that, lovely

Hotel is in the center of old city, and seaview is fanstastic. Rooms are not large, but extra clean, comfortable and nice design. Hoghly reccomended to all. Think is best hotel in Nice

The ocean view from the room was beautiful.

Hotel is in desperate need of remodeling. The rooms, bedding, draperies, amenities are outdated.

View from the sea view rooms are fantastic, particularly the higher up you are - we were on 4th floor of 5. Room cleaned every day. Efficient staff - English speaking. Privilege Sea View Room was basic and not sure what extra you're getting from standard sea view room. As stated view was fantastic and more than compensated for anything lacking in the room.

We were given a map of Nice by reception on booking in however this was only piece of tourist information held by Hotel. Could have had information leaflets on display. This was only a minor point and shouldn't discourage anyone from using Hotel.

The view, the friendly staff, the breakfast

People staying at the hotel need to be informed upon check-in that the door has to be locked upon every entry and exit with the key. It does not lock automatically.
