Location is excellent, staff was kind and helpfull, room was very clean. Room was very very small. |

Helpful staff. Location. Free roomsafe. A fridge. Foam matresses. Shower room steam extracter not working. A kettle but no tea or coffee materials. No hairdryer. |

It central location. It was not a hotel as such. It was an assortment of rooms likened to a hostel. I was not able to receive any telephone calls at the hotel after 8pm. |

getting in after closing time went well. THe front denk person next day was nice. The rooms were terrible, old, things falling apart, very dirty carpet. Not a safe feeling with no real fire exit. Room was terribly hot and we could not lower the heater. We ordered a 4 person room for the 4 kids we brought but we got two seperate rooms for them. For us that was ok but I can imagine that if you count on that that that could be unhandy. |

L'accueil par le personnel de la réception La rénovation de l'hôtel a été faite de bric et de broc.Il y a plein de choses qui ne vont pas :-la 1ère nuit:il manque une bouilloire pour le café,l'attache pour la douchette est cassée.la 2ème nuit:idem pour l'attache,la télé ne fontcionne pas sur toutes les chaines,la bonde du lavabo ne se ferme pas,l'attache pour les tentures n'est pas accrochée,peinture des portes à revoir ,etc. |
